Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between 11/1 and 12/24 qualify for Holiday Extended Return Policy. Holiday returns will be accepted until 1/31. All other conditions of Return Policy still apply. 

RETURNS ARE FREE

Lemon Collections offers completely free returns within 30 days.

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any items returned beyond this guarantee time frame will not be refunded, credited or returned. The items must have original tags, and not worn or washed. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

PROCESSING TIME

Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 7 - 14 business days to process. After processing, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.

Items returned must be ordered directly from Lemon Collections. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies. 

RETURNS OF SALE ITEMS

Any items featured on Sale page are final sale and not eligible for returns. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or credited. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

No refunds or price adjustments are issued for price promotions. For example, if you bought an item at 30% off and then later we offer it for 50% off, we will not issue a price adjustment. All prices at time of purchase are final.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges at the moment. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.
