Can I change my order after I placed it?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we process orders as quickly as possible, once the order is confirmed, it may be difficult to change. You can contact us via our contact page and we will do our best to make change. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental US. However, please check back with us as this may change in the near future.

How does your one size fit?
Our one-size slippers fits US sizes 6-10

How do I return an item?
We want you to be happy and cozy in your Lemon product. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer the option of free returns up to 15 days from your purchase.

Can I return an item on purchased sale?
No. All items bought on sale are final sale. This includes items bought during site promotions. What happens if I bought an item on sale and then you offer it at a lower price later on? Can I receive the difference in pricing? You will not receive the difference of price. All items are final price at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds for price promotions.
 
How do I track my order?
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via e-mail. Use the link within this email to track your order in real time. If the tracking details are not available right away, please wait 24hrs as we have to allow time for the carrier to pick up your order from our facility.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at the moment. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.
