Dip Dye Beanie

I requested to return this order and one other and I never heard back from them. Their return page indicates to allow them up to 12 business days, which is already ridiculous given they only take returns within 30 days of delivery. But even with all that, I still never heard from them after those 12 business days had passed. Ridiculous
